Customer Highlight – Our Distribution Partners Part 2

Every now and again, we like to give a shoutout to our partners and customers! We’ve previously highlighted some of the large specialist UK tool suppliers and screed & concrete sector partners we work with. The four companies below are important distribution partners for our screed and concrete tool and sprayer ranges – read on to find out more! 

CMT Group

Based in Dartford in Kent, CMT Group have been a one-stop supplier and manufacturer of diamond blades, groundwork tools, site equipment, safety clothing & PPE, janitorial and site welfare products since 2010. They also stock our dapple bars!  

CMT are experts in diamond blades, having supplied them since the start of the business. They stock a wide range, including their flagship OTEC diamond blade range. These blades have been used across many of the UK’s largest construction projects including well-known tier one contractors. CMT also have plenty of expert advice to share on diamond blades in their blog!

Bluebay Building Products

Bluebay has been an independent supplier of construction & civil engineering product for 17 years, with a UK-wide network of depots. Their range includes concrete tools, groundwork equipment, formwork accessories, sealants and waterproofing equipment, along with our Chapin sprayers. Bluebay have also developed their own innovative range of gas, waterproofing & chemical products under the brand “Solco“! 

Bluebay’s expertise is also worth paying attention to – their team of specialists offer CAD Drawing Design Services as well as PI (Professional Indemnity) on designs. They also provide on-site support and even talks and webinars on critical up to date information on the latest building regulations and guidance to support architects, engineers and specifiers!  

MBW Europe

MBW was founded in the US in 1967, in Slinger, Wisconsin, by Helmut Maass and Frank Multerer Sr. working out of an unheated contractors shed, building vibratory plates and selling them in Chicago and the Midwest. From there, the company expanded into designing percussion rammers, vibratory concrete screeds, powered concrete finishing equipment and mortar-plaster mixers and by 2005 MBW’s product line had expanded to over 90 individual products with hundreds of model variations! 

Today, MBW is a multinational company focusing on soil compaction, screed & concrete products as well as specialty products for construction applications, with European subsidiaries based in England and France. Some of MBW’s more recent and award-winning products include Smart Rammers, vibratory wheel attachments for backhoes and excavators, soil compaction meters and pneumatic soil excavators.  They also stock a range of Metex screed & concrete products including dapple bars, Chapin sprayers, slump test equipment and screed levelling tripods! 

O’Neill Supplies

O’Neill Supplies, based in Martinstown, Ballymena, County Antrim, is a family-run business specialising in plastering and construction tools. They began trading nearly 50 years ago and have grown into a leading supplier of plastering tools in Ireland, supplying customers throughout Ireland, UK, Europe and internationally. With their decades of experience, they stock a wide range of plastering machines, concreting, bricklaying and tiling tools, and materials. They also stock our screed & drainage tools including pipe chamfering tools, manhole lifting key sets, dapple bars, slump test kits and sprayers!  

O’Neill are also active on social media, and their Instagram feed is worth checking out for examples of their tools and machines in use on customers’ projects!
