The Chapin 26021XP Instruction Manual provides assembly, safety and operating information for the Chapin 26011XP, 26021XP and 26031XP ProSeries FKM Seal Sprayers. Built for professional use, these sprayers are designed to deliver reliable, consistent performance for applying sealers, cleaners, and chemicals on job sites.
Chapin ProSeries FKM Sprayers are heavy-duty, chemical-resistant sprayers designed for professional applications including concrete sealing, cleaning, and maintenance. Each model features a durable polyethylene tank, a reinforced hose assembly, and FKM seals for superior chemical compatibility.
The ProSeries range includes:
26011XP – 3.8L capacity
26021XP – 7.6L capacity
26031XP – 11.2L capacity
All models are equipped with a pressure relief valve, adjustable brass and poly nozzles, and a lockable shut-off handle for fatigue-free spraying.
FKM seals for maximum chemical resistance
Adjustable brass and poly nozzles for variable spray patterns
Pressure relief valve for safe depressurising
Lock-on/lock-off trigger for continuous spraying
Reinforced hose and stainless-steel wand for durability
Attach the discharge assembly by connecting the white outlet tube to the tank outlet and tightening the retaining nut.
Assemble the nozzle and wand by screwing the nozzle onto the extension wand and securing it to the shut-off handle.
Ensure all fittings are tight and correctly aligned before filling the sprayer.
Filling: Unscrew the pump handle and fill the tank with the prepared spray solution. Do not overfill beyond the marked level.
Pressurising: Pump the handle until resistance is felt, then lock into position.
Spraying: Begin spraying and re-pump as needed to maintain pressure.
Releasing Pressure: Lift or turn the pressure relief valve until all air has been released.
Rinse the sprayer thoroughly after each use following the chemical manufacturer’s guidance.
Store upside down with the pump removed in a dry location.
Periodically oil the pump shaft with light oil to maintain smooth operation.
Inspect hoses, seals and fittings regularly and replace worn parts with genuine Chapin components.
Always wear protective gear — goggles, gloves, long sleeves and footwear — when spraying. Do not use the sprayer with flammable or corrosive materials such as acids, bleach, or chlorine-based chemicals.
